FAQ
Yes, each passenger is required to bring their own towel, swimsuit, and personal hygiene items. If you do not have a towel, one can be purchased in our preparation area, along with sunglasses, insect repellent, and other personal care accessories.
All park activities are available for children aged 4 and older. Minors must remain under the supervision, company, and responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times. For children under 4 years old, a family member must stay with the infant and refrain from participating in the activities.
The minimum age is 16 years accompanied by an adult on the same ATV. In order to drive an ATV alone, it is necessary to be 18 years of age.
In order to climb and slide on our zip lines, it is necessary that the passenger does not weigh 130 kilos or 286 pounds. If this standard is exceeded, the visitor will not be able to carry out this activity.
All park activities require physical effort and may have an impact on the body. Therefore, the following individuals will NOT be able to participate in these activities:
- Pregnant women.
- People who have undergone recent operations or surgeries (within the last 6 months).
- People with muscle injuries in any part of the body.
- People with physical disabilities that prevent them from safely performing the activities.
In our park we have natural water dispensers, however, it does not include flavored or bottled drinks, these can be purchased at an extra cost.
The park only stops its operations and remains closed on January 1 and December 25.
Our park remains open during typical weather conditions in the Mexican Caribbean, such as heavy rain and occasional wind. However, in the event of natural disasters like thunderstorms or hurricanes, the park may suspend operations and close for safety reasons.
Yes, all our activities and tours include roundtrip transportation from your hotel or meeting point.
