Beyond that, packages diverge sharply: some include a full meal and a beach club stop, others are drinks-and-dancing only for a couple of hours. If you're travelling as a family, we'd steer you to a daytime catamaran with a snorkel stop instead — same boat culture, completely different crowd.

Daytime crossings give you the beach club, the snorkel stop and the actual island, and the party builds on the way back.
